Privacy Policy

• When you buy something. Checkout on paradise.nyc and in the app is run by Shopify. We receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), shipping and billing addresses, and the details of your order. Your payment card is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you sign up for updates. If you sign up on paradise.nyc, we collect your email address and mobile number, along with a record of your consent.
• When you turn on app notifications. If you turn on drop alerts in the app, we store a push token (an identifier that Apple and our notification provider, Expo, use to deliver notifications to your phone), a random ID for your app installation, your notification choices, the app version, your device model and iOS version, and your time zone. We don't connect this to your name, email address or orders.
• When you use the site or app. Our hosting providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, and the pages you request, to deliver the service and keep it secure. Our cart and Shopify's checkout use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart and complete your purchase. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on paradise.nyc, and the app has no analytics.

• To process, ship and support your orders.
• To send drop news, offers and welcome discount codes by email or text when you've asked for them.
• To send the app notifications you turned on: when a drop is announced, shortly before it goes live, when it's live, and occasional reminders while a drop is on.
• To keep our store, site and app working and secure, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We share personal information only with companies that help us run PARADISE, and only for that purpose:

• Shopify, for our online store, checkout, payments and customer records.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Apple and Expo, to deliver app notifications.
• Our email and hosting providers, such as Resend, Vercel and Google Cloud.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and our customers. We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Texts: reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• App notifications: switch drop alerts or reminders off in the app under About → Notifications, or turn notifications off for Paradise NYC in iOS Settings.
• Access, correction or deletion: email help@paradise.nyc and we'll help. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them as the law requires.

We keep order records for as long as our accounting, tax and legal obligations require. We keep your email address and mobile number for updates until you unsubscribe. We keep notification data while notifications are on, and we stop sending to a phone as soon as it no longer accepts them.

paradise.nyc and the app are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We're based in the United States. Our providers process information in the United States and other countries.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll give notice on paradise.nyc or in the app.
